How does billing work?
You are billed automatically every 30 days via PayFast. Your first charge is today and subsequent charges are on the same date each month.
How do I cancel?
Email us at obsidianstudiodesigns@gmail.com and we will cancel your subscription immediately. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No penalties.
How does my app know I paid?
PayFast notifies our server automatically when your payment is confirmed. Your app checks in with our server each time it launches and your tier upgrades within minutes of payment.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major South African payment methods via PayFast — Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, Capitec Pay, SnapScan and more.
